HSQ secures PSL's with Major UK Contractor

HSQ Recruitment passes RISQS Audit

​RISQS is the UK Rail Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme, providing a single common registration, qualification and audit process for suppliers working within the UK Rail Industry.On Tuesday 21st June 2022, HSQ Recruitment undertook its first RISQS Audit to allow us to connect with major rail companies across the UK and to supply staff across the rail network.We are delighted to announce that as a result of this audit we are now RISQS Audited. Passing this audit is a testament to the robust compliance procedures that we have in place, and this is evident in the audit being passed without any corrective actions or observations.This annual audit will continue to verify that our rail management systems meet all the required health, safety, occupational and competency standards to work within the rail environment.Passing this audit recognises our capability to provide labour to the Rail Industry. Therefore, if you are a candidate or client looking for work within the rail sector, you can be confident that we operate and practice the highest standard of safety management.

HSQ Recruitment moves into New Office

​After a succesful first year in business, HSQ Recruitment is proud to have moved into a brand new office in Elland, West Yorkshire. One of our main focuses for the next couple of years is the development of our team and talent and in order to achieve this, we wanted to make sure our offices reflected our growth and supported our team's needs and requirements. Our new office has been designed with our people in mind and includes fully functional kitchens, break out rooms, multiple meeting rooms, a dedicated training room, gym and an open plan office layout.

The HSQ Recruitment Team Grows

​Following a great period of growth for HSQ Recruitment, we are excited to be able to introduce new team members. Luke Norton joins HSQ Recruitment as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, linking candidates up with their ideal roles. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our sister company, E3 Recruitment, Elliot Barwick has made the transition to HSQ Recruitment, transferring his Built Environment knowledge and skill set to support our clients. We have recently introduced two new team members; Tony Croxford (Recruitment Consultant) and Florence Jones (Recruitment Consultant), who have both come into recruitment from different backgrounds, but have a wealth of transferable skills.

Recognising the growing demand within the business and how best to service to loyal client base it was decided a new and focussed approach was required. The Directors at E3 Recruitment rebranded one of the group companies with a specific mandate of working within the Rail, Civil Engineering, Water and Highways market sectors. After 10 years of supplying into a number of technical market sectors, the directors passionately believe this will add to the continued growth of the business whilst ensuring the high standards that our clients have come to expect from our team.
