Stephanie leads a team of marketing professionals who work on all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, and PR. She’s always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to engage customers and is particularly passionate about promoting manufacturing and engineering careers through industry initiatives.

Stephanie works closely with colleagues and clients to provide marketing solutions for multinational blue-chip and SME clients across E3R’s sectors. Her range of expertise includes employer brand marketing strategies, EVP creation, social media strategy, and email marketing, and she’s dedicated to supporting clients across all areas of marketing.

Stephanie actively participates in driving industry initiatives and advocates for the manufacturing and engineering industries. She’s involved in various initiatives such as Leeds Manufacturing Festival, Bradford Manufacturing Weeks, Made In Group, Make UK, MPBA, and collaborates with valuable partners across the industry to drive industry growth.
