I work as Payroll Coordinator at HSQ and my main responsibilities include making sure our temporary staff are paid accurately and on time, being the first point of contact for any payroll queries from clients and candidates, managing invoices, credit control and ensuring money is paid into the business efficiently.
I really enjoy speaking with candidates and helping them resolve any issues they have. It’s rewarding to support people and make sure they feel looked after - especially when it comes to something as important as payroll.
Being recognised with both the Above and Beyond and Outstanding awards over the years has been a huge personal highlight. It means a lot to know my efforts are appreciated by the business.
