In line with their ambitious expansion plans, the company is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the dynamic team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business growth strategy across the UK and internationally.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance the current Supply Chain, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the list.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with international supply chain partners, particularly in areas dominated by datacentre development.
  • Oversee the availability of a comprehensive suite of subcontractors for our internal teams, from project tender stage through to project delivery.
  • Develop and implement a Supply Chain strategy that seamlessly integrates with the overall business strategy.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in producing and presenting documents and reports for diverse audiences.
  • Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to cultivate effective strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to engage with both current and potential supply chain partners, as well as relevant industry bodies and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Experience in coordinating Supply Chain workshops/events.
  • Operates with integrity.
