Background
This opportunity is offering you the chance to work for a reputable main contractor who specialise in the commercial fit out and refurbishment industry across the UK. Due to recently securing a number of multi-million pound schemes, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to work on a nationwide scale.
Responsibilities & Duties;
- Management and responsibility of day-to-day site construction and operations
- Tool box talks and co-ordination of contractor and sub-contractors
- Development and implementation of Health & Safety and Environmental regulations
- Monitor and control site expenditure, ensuring the projects are on time and within budget
Requirements to be successful;
- SMSTS (valid)
- CSCS Card (Management level)
- First Aid at work
- A valid UK driving licence
