What the job entails:

• Deliver land and property advice and services to and for the companies clients 
• Successfully deliver a range of tasks or schemes. Using a proactive approach to make sure and ensure client deadlines and objectives are met
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants, landowners and occupiers  
• Support and advise the development of trainee / junior members of staff when required

What we need from you:

• Be either MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
• Have a full UK driving licence 
• Be experienced in leading a team or projects 
• Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude
• Are a natural problem solver  
• Enjoy delivering results with a team
