Our client is a well-established construction fit-out company searching for a Project Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. They operate on a varied range of projects including retail stores, large supermarkets, duty free airport facilities and commercial food counters. Due to securing a significant number of schemes, our client requires an experienced Project Manager for their project delivery team to oversee a multitude of internal fit out projects across the UK. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Delivery of each project on time within budget and scope.
  • Maintain and develop assigned accounts covering all aspects of the role. Assigned to a named customer, you will be responsible for achieving sales profit and financial gains for the business.
  • Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
  • Carry out development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Ensure that all live projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks and maximise project efficiency
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs then liaising with the appropriate stakeholders on confirmed changes.

Required to be successful;

  • Experience of working within either the retail or commercial refurbishment sector
  • Commitment to being able to travel around the UK
  • Previously worked as either a Project Manager or an industry related position
  • CSCS Card (management level)
  • SMSTS
  • PRINCE2 qualification (desirable)
