- Maintain clear and concise communication channels with clients, contractors, colleagues, and suppliers, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Proven expertise in earthworks and reinforced concrete works, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of these specialized areas.
- Degree qualification (HND/C as a minimum), highlighting your academic foundation and commitment to professional development.
- SMSTS certification, demonstrating your comprehensive knowledge of Site Management Safety Training Scheme standards and practices.
- Thorough understanding of the requirements and implementation of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Proficient knowledge of Safety, Quality, and Environmental issues that are pertinent to the project environment, guaranteeing the highest standards of project execution and sustainability.
