Job Title: Paint Sprayer / Shot Blaster
Salary: £180 - £210 per day
Location: Keadby, Scunthorpe
Our client are looking for an experienced shot blaster / paint sprayer to join their workforce as they are undertaking a period of growth and require new talent. Also, by using Industrial Rope Access our fully trained technicians can gain access to the workplace which allows them to complete a variety of tasks in a quick yet safe manner with minimum disruption to the surrounding environment.
Responsibilities:
You do not need to have the full skills of a fully trained sprayer as full training will be provided.
- Carry Out a wide range of surface treatments
- Shot Blasting
- Cleaning of fabrications after shot blasting
- Masking up and prepping for spraying
- Demasking after spaying
- Preparation of products ready for dispatch - to include mastic application
- Assisting the skilled pain sprayer with their duties
*After a training period and work experience you will be able to carry out the above duties as a skilled worker*
Requirements:
- ICATS - Blast Cleaning (Desirable)
- IRATA Level 1 (Desirable)
- 1 to 2 years of experience of working in a Spraying/Prepping environment
