Role Objectives:
My Client builds and operates state-of-the-art, community-scale wastewater treatment for residential and mixed-use developments across England. You will play a significant role in shaping and improving our core processes for adopting and maintaining network assets. The role has scope for growth, and you should be eager to learn and take on additional responsibility as we grow our operations.
You will play a key role in delivering our business growth plans over the coming years by taking ownership of a range of activities within our Developer Services function, from first contact to adoption and operation of assets.
You will take ownership of our guidance and standards for network assets - including sewers, SUDS, and pumping stations - to ensure that our requirements are communicated effectively to our clients.
You should be familiar with detailed drainage designs to assess the suitability of client's submissions. An awareness of hydraulic modelling would be beneficial.
Once a development enters the construction phase you will inspect the assets constructed by our clients to ensure that assets offered for adoption are in line with our standards and fit-for-purpose. For developments in the South East of England you are expected to attend site yourself. For developments further afield you will identify suitably qualified people to carry out inspection duties.
You will also work with our Operations and Asset Management functions to ensure that our adopted network assets are managed effectively throughout their entire lifecycle.
You must be physically able to negotiate differing site conditions in all weathers.
