My Client is an innovative and highly dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy working on a wide range of exciting projects within Utilities and Infrastructure. They are currently seeking an ambitious Surveyor to join their team in Bristol and contribute to exciting utility and infrastructure projects.

As a Surveyor you will:
  • Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.
  • Complete tasks and schemes to a high standard, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to meet client deadlines and objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and landowners, engaging in professional conversations and managing expectations.
  • Support the development of junior team members and provide constructive line management when required.
  • Share your experience to contribute to the development of others in the organization and enhance your own skills through continuous professional development.
  • Participate in company groups, initiatives, events, and social activities, while embracing My Client's values and fostering a positive attitude in the workplace.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
  • Hold either MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
  • Have a full UK driving license.
  • Have experience in leading teams or projects.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoy delivering results collaboratively.
  • Be a great team player with a can-do attitude.
