Following a successful first year of business, we are now looking to grow our current marketing team that supports both E3 Recruitment & HSQ Recruitment with a fully dedicated marketer for HSQ Recruitment.

Brief job description:

Our specialist marketing team is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to join them on a full-time basis.

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimisation of their marketing strategy for HSQ Recruitment.

With guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing content and strategy for the development and delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and post-campaign analysis. These campaigns will include B2B lead generation, candidate attraction, and brand awareness.

In addition, your role will include content creation with design experience using InDesign, Canva & Photoshop required to create social tiles and edit PDF documents with some copywriting experience. You will deliver compelling pieces that span across our digital channels.

Your brief will include exposure to supporting the wider marketing activities undertaken by the business, including events, coupled with external agencies to brief on projects, managing these through and ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and in budget.

The successful candidate:

You will know all there is to know about social media, including best practice and effective management of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, along with a wide knowledge of both Organic and Paid social media campaigns and a clear understanding of social listening. You will be able to demonstrate this through imaginative ideas and great results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Plan, create and optimise content for all social media channels in line with the digital marketing strategy to achieve company goals and ensure KPI’s are met.

·         Create website content & keep website up to date through technical SEO.

·         Measure social media marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.

·         Create, develop, and manage paid social media campaigns.

·         Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns.

·         Contribute to the monthly marketing report.

·         Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to provide marketing assistance and manage social media campaigns, taking direction from the Digital Marketing Manager.

·         Research social trends, customer interests, and keep up to date with changes in the industries we work within.

·         Review social media editorial calendar.

·         Plan and create campaigns for awareness days, company updates and client marketing.

·         Aid with video production and ensure videos are formatted for multiple social platforms.

·         Identify content that isn’t performing well and plan to re-optimise and repurpose.

·         Working with the Communications & PR Manager, establish a timeline for partner, events and CSR content.

·         Curate industry news to share with our audience.

Experience desired;

·         Creative and technical writing skills.

·         Creative thinking and can use own initiative.

·         2 years plus Digital Marketing experience

·         Ability to use software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.

·         Have base knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Hootsuite

·         Great organisation and time management.

·         Creative skills and eye for design

·         Excellent communication and written skills

·         Able to think outside of the box and communicate ideas easily & effectively

·         Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
