Our Supervisors are expected to work with the Scheme Manager and Foreman to ensure we have the right plant, labour and equipment for each and every scheme we deliver.
Regular meeting both internally and with clients will also play a large part of the role.
Input on programming, methodology of working and innovations are also required.
Safety, Behaviours and Quality are of the highest importance to our client and the Supervisor will be a key driver in ensuring this happens on each and every shift of work we deliver.
The Supervisors will monitor and supervise the actual works on-site and will be required to operate multiple sites across the UK at any one time.
Producing paperwork in compliance with ISO 9001 to include checking of Daily Record Sheets, As Built drawings and Programmes our Supervisor will be concise, well organised and have the ability to produce what is required in a timely manner to other members of the team.
Due to the nature of working on roads, our Supervisors will work both day and night shift patterns (Mon-Fri) across the UK.
