Architectural Technologist
Background
We're working with one of the UK's leading modular building companies who have experienced significant growth of over the last 12 months. Due to their current level of business and their continuous expansion plans they are looking to recruit for a creative and passionate Architectural Technologist in the East Yorkshire region to join the experienced design team. A privately-owned business with strong links throughout their industry they are one of the market leaders within their sector offering an outstanding product.
This Architectural Technologist role is offering a starting salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus healthcare, contributory pension scheme and 25 days plus stats holiday entitlement.
Duties required from you as the Architectural Technologist;
- Working predominantly with architectural Revit models
- Checking your own and colleagues' drawings
- Reviewing your own and colleagues' drawings
- Production construction issue as well as architectural drawings throughout the RIBA stages
Requirements to be successful as the Architectural Technologist;
- Knowledge of Revit families
- Experience of working as an Architectural Technologist or a similar discipline
- Proficient with BIM
- Experience of designing buildings in the construction/modular industry
- Working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
