Following a successful first year in business, growth in staff numbers and the continued demand for roles across the Built Environment and Civil Engineering sectors, HSQ Recruitment has recently moved into a brand-new Head Office in Elland, designed to meet the growing teams’ requirements.
To service the continued demand for roles that support the £650bn infrastructure spend promised by the government this decade, HSQ’s new headquarters will be the base for an additional ten new team members needed throughout 2022.
The new bespoke headquarters, which is a converted mill with over 6500sq/ft space split over two floors and includes an in-house gym, social and downtime areas, break out, zoom and flexible working spaces, having created an environment all employees can enjoy and thrive in.
During our first year of business, we have introduced several new team members across Recruitment, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Finance. With the introduction of new team members, HSQ has gone from strength to strength, securing PSLs and exclusive RPO agreements. With a Head Office in West Yorkshire and a presence in Central London, we are also in the process to introduce an international hub to support the growing demand of candidates in construction and civil engineering across Europe.
Having a combined experience of 55 years working in rail, infrastructure, civil engineering and construction recruitment and a wealth of experience in talent management the team is well placed to support the UK’s civil and construction organisations to close the growing demand for skilled and semi-skilled workers.
