Evolving from a small family firm, the company now spans various markets, including residential, commercial, public, technology, infrastructure, and data centers.

Their services encompass civil engineering, utilities, and construction, establishing a reputation for excellence through collaboration with local suppliers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality programs for tenders and live projects, covering pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Monitor and control project effectiveness, key output trackers, and advise on any deviations.
  • Assist project teams in delivering projects on time and in the most efficient manner.
  • Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from key players and team members.
  • Identify changes in work scope in the project plan and produce impacted programs.
  • Develop claims for Extension of Time and narratives to support programs.
  • Convey required project data and information to project teams.
  • Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports/dashboards for management.
  • Gather actual data, update project schedules, and develop reliable schedule forecasts with support from the project team.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable requests as required by Management.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  • A relevant degree qualification in engineering/construction or equivalent.
  • Operational experience (i.e., site engineer/agent) together with experience in planning as a Project Planner.
Essential and Desirable Skills:
  • Construction background is preferred, site experience – applicants that have been hands on/practical experience being on-site.
  • Experienced in Utilities, Civils and Data Centres (No Rail experience)
  • Able to build programmes from first principals (start to finish), with the help of technical drawings.
  • Experienced with creating programmes for tenders.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning
  • This a permanent position – no contractor or freelance
  • Will be working on multiple projects.
  • Strong support provided throughout the role.
  • P6 software experience is important.
