Junior Project Manager
Background
We have an immediate requirement for the Junior Project Manager in Crawley. This is to work for a market leading engineering and utility services supplier who operate on a nationwide scale. This is a permanent position offering a starting salary in the region of £35,000 - £45,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including, a company vehicle, overtime package including travelling time, pension scheme, health cover and 25 days plus stats holiday entitlement.
Responsibilities & Duties as the Junior Project Manager:
* To manage the day-to-day workload across all assigned utility projects in line with defined customer requirements and business defined processes and standards.
* Support the management in compilation / response to all approved bids and proposals in line with defined process and customer expectation.
* To ensure that all Project Based / Task Based Work Package (RAMS etc.) within Business Unit scope are compliant to company standards and processes.
* Manage and deliver on all assigned utility projects to secure optimisation of working hours and the delivery on cost performance to project budgets.
Required to be successful as the Junior Project Manager:
* Previous experience of managing multiple projects
* CSCS Card
* Microsoft Project experience
* Experienced in compiling quotes and tenders
* Contractual knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
