As Compliance Manager, Charlotte’s role is to assist the Operations side of the business. This includes a wide range of responsibilities including Compliance, Process/Procedures, Systems, Contract/Legal, and HR. She has worked in recruitment for seven years and has a solid understanding of the process/procedures and legalities around working in recruitment, as well as the accreditations governing quality in the industry, to ensure the candidate/client have the best possible experience.
Her core purpose is to ensure that HSQ Recruitment and its clients are fully compliant, which recently involved educating clients and consultants on the IR35 legislation. Another focus is to ensure processes benefit the entire business ensuring administration is straightforward for consultants, giving them the maximum time to do what they do best – engage with their candidates/clients and provide the best possible service.
