tHSQ Recruitment is proud to welcome our latest Recruitment Consultant, Sarah Beaumont who joins our Construction Recruitment team. In her role, Sarah regularly recruits for construction roles such as Ground Workers, Site Supervisors, 360 Drivers, Site Administrators and Shuttering Carpenters in our construction recruitment team.
Having previously worked in recruitment, Sarah brings a strong skill set to the Construction Recruitment team working alongside Luke Norton, Max Nettleship and Martin Spencer. Sarah has been spending the first couple of months in her role in the construction team working with some of the biggest companies across the UK and helping candidates find their perfect roles.

Can you give us some background on your career and what led to you joining HSQ Recruitment?
I have almost ten years of experience in recruitment and truly believe it runs in my blood. My heart lies in the construction/rail world and I am delighted to continue and further my career with HSQ Recruitment in this field.
Tell us about your role and responsibilities in the Construction team
My roles and responsibilities include building and managing my own desk in the construction sector. I will be looking after extremely large, well-known companies providing them with skilled professionals around the clock.
How has your first month been at HSQ Recruitment?
In my first month at HSQ Recruitment I have so far built and maintained excellent relationships with both the clients and candidates ensuring both sides are equally happy. It has been great working alongside Martin, Luke, Max and the wider team.

I am motivated and enthusiastic about my job and am described as having a positive influence and contagious personality by my work friends and peers.
What initially attracted you to a career in Recruitment?
Being in the right job/ work environment is extremely important to not just your financial health but mental & family life also. I take pride in matching the client and candidate perfectly to each role.
What would you say to anyone looking to start their career in recruitment and why?
Recruitment is such a rewarding job. The gratitude from both clients and candidates when providing the perfect match is heartwarming and I would recommend recruitment as a career to all.
